Damaged Items:

We have a 3-day refund policy for items that arrive damaged.

If an item(s) is damaged and in unusable condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt at penabutterjelly@gmail.com to request a refund. Detailed pictures are required in order for us to assess the damage and issue a refund as necessary. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your original form of payment.
